As the video begins, there is very minimal lighting, while the camera pans up a young male, once the second verse kicks in, a sudden change in lighting, however, as the narrative continues, the location is not your typical hospital, as the lighting is too dull when realistically hospitals are bright, the only aspect that really gives away he is in a hospital type location is the doctors, but this could also suggest he has been captured or isolated as he is not an ordinary patient. This concept continues on as he beings fighting and struggling against the doctors, making the idea he is captured more relevant. The main idea of this video is the narrative, but also choreography, as the fight scene is so well choreographed with the camera movements being in one shot as well, is outstanding, with such a fluid motion does give you a sense of being there and watching it rather than on a screen. Although the video lyrical content does match the narrative in the video, the narrative is not extremely clear, as it is left up to the audiences imagination on what they feel, some could feel it is about death and you need to let go, or something about letting them go from this capture. This is something i would absolutely love to incorporate in our music video.
