Here is the results of testing our footage filmed on Friday, experimenting with all the different styles. From this, we released how much we could do with Imovie, and also, researching what we could do on Final Cut. We now are going to discuss as a group what effects we feel work the best and would suit our video more, and this would probably lead to more testing as we could overlay certain parts to create a new piece. Personally, my favourite section was the simple changes in colours, show below and also the negative effect, and i really loved the reverse section, as it is not completely clear that it is reversed but has a unusual feel about it,, however, i would like to see what it would look like if it was overlapped. We also tested out some of the footage from the photography dark room, by cutting it up and inserting a small section to see if it worked well, which i believed it did however, it may have to be cut up quicker than showed. Finally, the ink portion was tested with a small section, sped up and reversed to see how it would work, although being at 2000% it may need to be faster, in which we would have to export the clip and re-imported it, as it takes up a bigger amount of time than we want, and it was only a small section. But from this quick test, the footage has come out extremely well.
