After starting to create my digipak, once choosing my final design and photographing our protagonist. Below are the developments to the final design, although not much difference between each stage.

Here is the first attempt of the front of the digipak, the main problem here was the original image was portrait and i wanted the model to be to the right of the frame, so i had to add a black bar down the side for the mean time to get the positioning correct. But you are able to see the different in this, so i knew i would have to fix it. Throughout i loved where the font was positioned and the style of font for both the name of the album and the band. I wanted to try and show the animal in the model, as the stereotypical pose for an animal is to look angry and 'roar' so this is why i decided to go in the opposite way and have the model more neutral and have the mixed media speak.
At first i used an image of a real life tiger and tried to cut it out, however this was difficult due to the different shaped heads compared to the model, so i was unable to find one with a similar shape.
The next stage, i found a different image for the tiger eye, a more artist style that fit the shape of the models face. This seemed to work much better as it matched the eye, as i could resize it without it looking out of proportion.
Next i tried to get rid of the black box by the side by darkening the image, but i wanted to keep the face dark and also create more of a contrast across the face with a shadow. By this i made the blacks darker, brightened the face and increased the clarity to keep the details of her face.

Once that was done, i decided to airbrush the models skin and soften it to make it look more professional as most/all digipaks with models are airbrushed
Next i increased the saturation of the models face and finally added a parental advisory symbol in the corner and the digipak was complete.
